Self-Managed Dedicated servers are ideal for technically savvy,
hands-on, customers that wish to manage all the software on their
server themselves. Customers have full root/administrator (SSH / Remote
Desktop) access to their servers, and can configure them as they wish.
We take care of any hardware issues, you take care of the software
running on your server.
With a
Self-Managed Dedicated Server, you have full access to your server's
resources. The server is dedicated to you, and no other customers are
configured on it, unlike shared hosting plans where servers are operating
with data from multiple clients.
All of our
Self-Managed Dedicated Server Plans are hosted on professional
rack-mounted servers featuring Intel Processors, RAID arrays* (For Data redundancy,
optional in some plans), and 100BT Ethernet ports.
These servers are monitored 24/7 to insure their uninterrupted
operation and notify system administrators of any faults or possible
problems. They are housed in state-of-the-art Datacenter
facilities.
