What we collect
When you use the contact form, we collect your name, email address, and message. When you use the domain security checker, we collect the domain you submit and, temporarily, a session identifier used to prevent abuse of the tool. Our web server also logs standard technical data for every visitor — IP address, browser type, and pages requested — the same way most websites do.
We don't use third-party analytics or advertising trackers on this site. The only cookie we set is a first-party session cookie, used to keep the contact form's spam check and the domain checker's rate limit working. It expires when you close your browser.
How we use it
Contact form submissions are used to respond to your inquiry and, if you become a client, to scope and deliver services. We don't use your information for marketing you didn't ask for, and we don't sell or rent personal information to anyone.
Who we share it with
We don't share your information with third parties, except where necessary to deliver our own services (for example, our email provider, to receive your message) or where required by law.
How long we keep it
Contact form submissions are retained as long as reasonably necessary for the business purpose they were collected for — generally, for the duration of a client relationship plus a reasonable period afterward, or a shorter period if you ask us to delete it sooner.
Your rights
You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, by emailing the address below. We'll respond within a reasonable time.
Security
We take reasonable technical measures to protect the information we hold, appropriate to a small business — but no method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, and we can't guarantee absolute security.
Changes to this policy
If we make material changes to this policy, we'll update the date at the top of this page.
